Privacy Policy

Two-Dots Co. ("Two-Dots," "we," "us") is a sole proprietorship operated by Heidi. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit two-dots.co or place an order, how we use it, and who we share it with. Questions? Email heidi@two-dots.co.

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what's generated automatically when you use the site.

Information you give us:

• Contact and shipping details (name, email, mailing address) when you place an order or sign up for our email list.
• Payment information when you check out — this goes directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Anything you send us directly, like support emails.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated by our hosting provider as part of normal web traffic.
• A functional session cookie used to keep items in your cart as you browse — this isn't used for advertising or tracking you across other sites.

• To process and fulfill your order, including sharing your name and shipping address with our print-on-demand partner (Printful) for items they produce and ship on our behalf.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To send our email newsletter, but only if you opt in — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To respond to support requests.
• To keep the site running securely and troubleshoot issues.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

We only share what's needed to run the business, with these service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — printing and shipping for print-on-demand products.
• Supabase — our database, where order and account information is stored.
• Resend — our email delivery provider, for order confirmations and newsletter emails.
• Vercel — our hosting provider.

Each of these providers only receives what they need to do their job, and each has its own privacy practices governing the data we share with them. We don't share your information with anyone else, except if required by law.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and customer support purposes. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, email us and we'll take care of it where we're not legally required to keep it (e.g. tax records).

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in any newsletter email.
• Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing heidi@two-dots.co.

Two-Dots Co. is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
