Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of two-dots.co and any purchase you make from Two-Dots Co., a sole proprietorship operated by Heidi ("Two-Dots," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• Physical products are fulfilled one of two ways: printed and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, or packed and shipped by Heidi directly. Orders that mix both types ship in separate packages.
• Digital products (like Notion templates) are delivered electronically after purchase.
• We make a good-faith effort to keep product photos, descriptions, and availability accurate, but we don't guarantee that everything on the site is error-free or currently in stock.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — for example, if there's a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item goes out of stock — and will refund you in full if we do.

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We don't store your full payment details.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping timelines vary by fulfillment type — Printful items ship on their standard production and shipping timeline, and self-fulfilled items (like stickers) ship once Heidi has packed them. We'll do our best to set expectations at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Because our physical products are made to order, we don't accept returns for reasons like sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email heidi@two-dots.co within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

All designs, characters, illustrations, and content on two-dots.co — including Motivational Green Bean, Job Hunting Yellow Potato, Career Change Butterfly, Purple Yam, and the rest of the crew — are the property of Two-Dots Co. Purchasing a product gives you the physical (or digital) item itself, not a license to reproduce, resell, or repurpose the artwork or designs.

You agree not to use the site in a way that:

• Violates any law or these terms.
• Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the site's security or functionality.
• Involves scraping, reselling, or misrepresenting our content or products.

The site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what's required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two-Dots Co. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
